A note from your teacher

Jennifer Xue of StyleCareer.com
If you've been hovering at the edge of fashion data with curiosity but are not sure if you're "technical enough," I want to talk to you directly for a second.
I've spent years at the intersection of fashion retail and analytics, and the single biggest thing I see holding talented people back isn't ability. It's the belief that this world belongs to someone else, someone with a computer science degree, a statistics background, or years of coding experience. That belief is wrong, and I built this school specifically to prove it.
Here's what I know from working in this industry: the analysts who rise fastest aren't always the ones who write the most elegant SQL. They're the ones who understand how a markdown impacts margin, who can look at a sell-through curve and immediately know what it means for the next buy, and who can walk into a room with a merchandising director and turn a chart into a decision. That combination of retail fluency and data fluency, which is rarer than it should be, is absolutely learnable.
Fashion Analytics Edge is the school I wish had existed when I was starting out. Every section is designed around what fashion analytics roles actually require: the retail math that shows up in every KPI meeting, the SQL and AI tools that real analysts use every day, the Tableau and Power BI dashboards that land on executives' desks, and the demand forecasting that keeps inventory from becoming a profit and loss problem. And then there's the stuff no one teaches: how to write a recommendation that a buying team will actually act on, how to build a portfolio from public data when you don't have corporate datasets, and how to position yourself so that recruiters in this space find you.
I'm not here to teach you data science. I'm here to teach you fashion analytics, which is its own discipline, with its own language, its own metrics, and its own career path. If you're ready to stop watching this industry from the outside and start building the skills to work inside it, I'm glad you're here. Let's get to work.
